Order Processing [Handling Time]

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time is between 2-7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Our shipping hours, in which we process and ship out deliveries, are between 10 AM and 4 PM EST Monday through Friday. Orders made during this time are typically processed and shipped the day after. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on factors such as:

 

● Carrier delays

● Weather conditions

● Order volume

● Incorrect shipping information

 

Shipping Costs

In an effort to make gift-giving as easy as possible, Pambu offers free shipping on all orders. Any additional fees will be calculated at checkout.

 

Customer Responsibility

To make the shipping process as efficient as possible, customers are responsible for the following:

 

● Providing the correct and complete delivery address

● Tracking their shipment once dispatched

● Any delivery issues resulting from incorrect information or missed delivery attempts

 

Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with refunds or returns, unless the return is due to a confirmed error or defective product on Pambu’s part.
